Suggest Remedies For Frequent Skipped Heart Beats

I have had skipped beats for a few years now...they are coming more often and more frequently. I have had alot of ekgs ans a stres test, an echo and they cant find anything wrong. Its starting to interfere with my dsily life because im having so many. Is that many dangerous what should I do for Morr answers?

initailly go for test called tread mill test and holter to rule out nature of skipped beats and follow up after that
