Suggest Remedies For Flatulence And Stomach Pain While On Calinta

My wife has been advised by doctor to take Calinta kit for the treatment of oestoporsis . She has experienced stomach pain .she has fatty lever problem and time to time suffer from flatulence problem .should we continue the medicine ? What alternative medicine can be taken in place of Calinta ?

Calinta kit has been prescribed to your wife because it is effective for osteoporosis & osteopenia.

Since she is suffering from flatulence, she can take antacids & PPI's, Pantoprazole-40.

She needs to get treated for it. Commonly occurs due to IBS, Lactose intolerance, food allergy, spicy oily food, trans fat, malabsorption syndrome, etc.

Calinta kit has side effects like gas, constipation, bloating or kidney stone formation. She can regulate her dose after talking to her treating doctor.

She can take the help of a nutritionist to maintain the calcium levels via diet.
