Suggest Remedies For Feeling Of Dizziness After Riding A Roller Coaster

I spent a long day at 6 flags, a roller coaster theme park, and I m tring to sleep but I keep feeling the pressure change in my head, like I m still riding a roller coaster and feel dizzy and I can t sleep. Is this normal, and if is, what can I do to stop this dizziness.

This is probably a bout of benign vertigo from a problem with your inner ear.
It usually passes in a day or two but you should get checked out by a doctor to make sure that's all that's going on and there is a medication called meclizine that can help with it
