Suggest Remedies For Fatigue, Weight Gain, Gas, Back Pain, Heartburns And Headaches

Hello! I am a 31 y/o female, 5 4 . Over the course of the past 4 months I have gained an excessive amount of weight (30lbs), factoring in possibilities of the Holiday Season, its a lot for me. there has been no drastic change in my diet. I have changed my eating habits, and working out more, with still steady weight gain. I have had false pregnancy home tests, to help possibly rule that out. Would there be a possibility of IBS?, and what can I do until my doctors appt to get relief? symptoms include: bloating, gas, fatigue, weigh gain, dizziness, upper & lower back pain, frequent headaches, and heartburn.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be all the functional elements might be playing role and I would suggest to control your thoughts and you can try Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day hope this information helps.
