Suggest Remedies For Extreme Hair Loss, Itchy Scalp And Dandruff

I loss my hair from last 3 to 4 years.if I don t shampoo daily then start itching..and hair going thin day by day..in the morning when I going to bath then I see some dandruff or fungas falling from my head.and terribly hair Loss s from middle an back side of the head

Hair loss with dandruff & thinning of hair strongly suggest the malnourishment of Hair and hair follicles( Hair root). Taking consideration of malnourishment of hair, causes depend on patient's Age, Sex, Family History, Diet and food habits, cosmetic products and personal Hygiene.
In your case, Dermatology consultation is strongly recommended. Dermatologist will take case history in details, examine your scalp and hair and start you on appropriate remedy. Long term dandruff with hair loss and thinning may lead to permanent loss of hair- Alopecia.
Meanwhile you should observe carefully whether using of particular cosmetic product like soap, Shampoo, conditioner, hair oil or hair Gel exaggerate symptoms. It should be informed to Dermatologist while consulting.
