General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Elevated levels of amylase and lipase enzymes in blood is indicative of dysfunction of the organ pancreas.
Since you have other complaints suggestive of pathology in the pancreas, you need to take an ultrasound scan of the abdomen at the earliest and consult Physician or Gastroenterologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management.
Kindly improve your intake of fluids. Take semi-solid bland easily digestible food. Strictly avoid consumption of alcohol and smoking, if you are habituated to.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
