Suggest Remedies For Ear Infection

Hi my daughter had her ear pieced six weeks ago and last week she had one ear that was slightly infected I cleaned with alcohol and used antibiotic cream. Her ear looked fine so we stopped but this evening I removed her earring in the ear that was infected and although it looked fine on the front lobe, the back of the line was reddish purple. I removed the earrings no pus and cleaned with alcohol but am worried. What do I do

no need to worry.. place very fine neem stick at the place of eating for few days until redness goes away and also apply slight warm ghee I turmeric on affected site..if you don't place been stick then the piercing site will get closed
