Suggest Remedies For Diabetes, Osteoarthritis And Thyroid

I am diabetic since last 20 years, insulin dependent 4 times a day. dosages as follows: Apidra insulin [6] units. lunch time [4] units. before dinner [8] units. & late night before sleeping [8] units of Lantus. Tab lipaglyn & galvus met 50/500 in morning one each. before dinner tab Galvus met 50/500, novastat & olvance 40 each tablet. i have BP. thyroid, osteoarthritis since last 5 years. pl, suggest the perfect medicine. my Hb1Ac is7.8, defficiency of vitaminD, & cholestrol is 46.
