Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi,
You might be too young to face the problems you are currently encountering nevertheless you can have better coping skills in your armamentarium.
Whatever the events that are causing you the distress are all short lasting, so If you know how to solve the problem try it. Otherwise please let the time heal by itself.
If you believe in some greater power let the responsibilities fall on him for time being.
Deep breathing exercises and meditation have proven scientific value. practice them daily.
take ou a paper and a pencil and list out al the problems you are having. Then for each problem list all types of possible solutions. Look at pros and cons of each. Then choose the solution that seems best to you. apply it and reassess. If found useful then good. If not re evaluate and start looking at other possible solutions you had noted. There is no problem on earth which has no solution. So go ahead and try positively.
Take a professional help from a psychiatrist and/or a clinical psychologist, this may expand your world view on those problems. We will also be able to help you gain more and better individualised techniques to deal with current problems as well as those you may face in the future.
