Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain loss of sense of taste can occur due to causes like a very poor oral and dental hygiene, upper respiratory and sinus infections, damage to nerve fibres or branches supplying gustatory sensation [taste sensation] to tongue, toxin exposure, burning of tongue, radiation therapy to head and neck, side effects of medications etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like sip, spit and rinse test and also application of low concentration of chemicals over the tongue and increasng the concentration gradually to check for the level of taste loss can be done..
Along with it tongue biopsy, MRI scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now start taking multivitamin supplements..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
