Hello,

Simple changes in diet and routine help relieve constipation in children:

- A high-fiber diet.
-A diet rich in fiber can help your child's body form soft, bulky stool.
-Offer your child high-fiber foods, such as beans, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
-Give liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
