Suggest Remedies For Chronic Sore Throat And Dry Mouth With Nasal Mucus

I have been having recurrent sore throat and dry mouth for several weeks. As of today, it is the worst yet. I ve been taking Tylenol ( approx. 6 caps per day ) for pain relief but the effect is diminshing. Also, nasal mucas from time to time. Also, have started using NYSTATIN as per doctor s prescription to deal with severe case of thrush due to antibiotics being used to treat prosatis

Hello,

Oral thrush may be one of the cause for pharyngitis with mucous production. Other possibilities like bacterial pharyngitis with rhinitis.

You may take antibiotics tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day. use candid mouth paint for oral thrush. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist / Physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
