General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The sinus infection can be triggered by dry air.
I suggest to drink liquids and use a humidifier at home.
I recommend using a saline nasal spray to relieve the mucus in the nostrils and sinuses.
I also suggest using an anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to relieve the headache.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
