Suggest Remedies For Chest Pain In Spite Of Medication

i have been having pain on my chest both left and right. Went for a cardiac check up - ecg, echo cardiogram and TMT done - cardiologist says everything is normal and negative - he prescribed esomaprazole magnesium tablet to be had once in a day before food. Having it for a week, but still pain is there

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
Esmoprazole is antacid and effective only in gastritis related chest pain.
Gastritis related chest pain is not on both side.
So I think you should stop Esmoprazole.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Wear chest belt.
You will mostly improve with all these in 5-7 days.
