Suggest Remedies For Burning Sensation In Ear, Nose And Throat

Hello my name is Linda I have had on and off burning on the tongue and burning in my nose and throat. I have had blood work done at my PCP and everything came out normal. I got an EGD and everything was normal and I don t know which specialist to see for this problem....

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of burning sensation on the tongue, nose and throat with normal blood work and Endoscopy.
The commonest reasons for such a sensation is loss of mucosal integrity due to deficiency of vitamins and minerals.
Another reasons can be changes after bacterial or viral infections.
I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon so that you can have proper clinical valuation, examination and treatment in the form of multivitamins ans whichever is required.
IF there is evidence of infection, you will be prescribed antibiotics too.
If everything looks normal, then it is possible to have some neurological/ Sensory system issues and a second opinion of a Neurologist may be required for further investigations and treatment.
