Suggest Remedies For Bruised Spot On The Waistline
On my waistline I have this bruised looking spot, it has been there for a relatively long time it is . I have tried squeezing it but it took ages for something to come out what did come out was blood texture also behind it there is a painless hard lump I m not sure if it is what s waiting to be squeezed out or not.
Bruised spots or lump in the hips are commonly due to heat rash(prickly heat), contact dermatitis, eczema, fungal skin. Avoid perfumes, fabrics like wool & polyesters, avoid extreme temperatures, wear cotton clothes. Apply medicated moisturizers. You can take antihistamines, Fluconazole & apply cortico-steroid cream after taking shower & patting dry your skin.
You are suggested to get physically examined by a dermatologist and get skin & blood tests done. If you are sexually active your dermatologist may tell you do STD tests, to detect any STI. If detected positive you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals. Phototherapy is also effective but it depends upon the type of pathology detected & its severity.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Take care.
