Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from internal Haemorrhoid with fissure. So, avoid spicy food and alcohol, take high fiber diet, and do regular exercise.

Drug use for TIA (aspirin + clopidogrel) may aggravate bleeding. Use syrp Duphalac and avoid strain while passing stools.

Please consult your doctor who will examine the area and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
