Suggest Remedies For Back Pain Near The Shoulder Blades

i have a back pain near my shoulder blades, i remember sleeping on the right side side a month ago and i kind of pull muscles as i was going to the right side, it can be relieved with warm compress with a heating pad, when i go to sleep, i put the heating pad and is ok, this morning i did exercises was okay, only when i was changing clothes i reach upwards and the hurt started again

Hello,

It may be due to muscle sprain.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Avoid strenuous activity

Do regular physical therapy

In case of not getting relief you may require MRI back after consultation
