Suggest Remedies For Anxiety And Sleeping Difficulty While On Medication For BP And Thyroid
I am a thyroid cancer sevivor of 10years. I take 25 mcg,of synthoid,75 mcg of armor thyroid. I also take Benicar for BP 40/25 mg. I ve become a care giver for my elderly father and I m having trouble sleeping and I can t seem to control the What If thinking. I would appreciate something to ease my anxiousness that won t contradict my medications.
