hello and thank you for your time.......I have an acute pancreatis have had for several years. I don t have a regular doctor up here in the county., I tell my R.N. that I am very tired get confused forgetful and I have a large white spot under my throat. ok now my blood sugar runs very low wake up it is in the 30s and after meals it runs 90s and when I do eat sugars I fall asleep........no test have been run to see if my pancrease is working properly and my feet hurt awful shoes make it worse.........what would you recommend that I do..I hope i didn t confuse you
