Suggest Remedies For A Swollen And Painful Rash On The Inner Thigh

I have a rash on my inner thigh that has begun to form again over the last couple of days (it happened almost 6 months ago). It s bulging and swollen where my stretch marks are on my inner thighs and it is beginning to wrinkle. There is no itch but it does burn tremendously and hurts to walk being that I am over weight and my thighs rub. Is this something I should go in immediately for? It got worse today after mowing my lawn in running shorts.

Hi
The rash is probably due to local irritation since your thighs rub.I will advice you take a pain/anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen and reduce activities or if possible take a rest so as not to continue rubbing the rash.If it continues paining or increases in size, see a doctor as a course of antibiotics will be necessary.
Best regards
