Suggest Remedies For A Painful Lump On The Shin Post An Injury

I was thrown in a pool by a few of my friends and i hit my shin , exactly where the knee stops to be exact on the right , and within a few minutes a lump started to form , i still have it and it hurts like hell when lightly touched the next day , there is no sign of brusing what so ever , my skin is still the same colour , im abit worried as i will be goinv abroad next week , can anyone help me please ?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the swelling due to fall then it may be due to soft tissue inflammation and it will remains there for some time if this is no paining then no need to worry about this but care need to be taken for infection and for that it need to be kept under close observation for any changes hope this information concern.
