Suggest Remedies For A Melasma Spot On The Face

I have a melasma problem in my face. For that I have consult with a doctor. As per the doctors prescription I was applying the ointment in that place but it became wound. And now I have wound spot as well as melasma problem. So please suggest me..how to remove that spot and melasma also.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, depigmentation creams can be helpful but those need quite some time to yield therapeutic effects, but you should discuss with a dermatologist for UV therapy which can be effective and yield better outcomes. Meanwhile, using sunblocks to avoid further darkening of melasmas.
