Suggest Remedies For A Huge Painful Lump On The Arm Post Multiple Injuries

Hello, I had just got into a fight and was punched in my arm very hard multiple times in the same place. Now, there s a huge painful lump on my arm where I was hit. It hurts to move it and it almost feels like my hand is asleep when my arm is bent. What could this be?

Hi,

It's likely soft tissue injury however X-ray to look for any bony lesions may be needed and should be done. Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful. Topical anti inflammatory drugs may be used too.
