Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bad sweet taste in the mouth which could be due to taste impairment, vitamin B12 or zinc deficiency, certain medications you are taking and could be due to dental problems. Neurologic problems can also give these symptoms. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of fluids and chew on sugar free gums to stimulate saliva. If the taste disorder is related to your improper dental hygiene and you should go dentist. It could be due to olfactory nerve as well so visit neurologist as well and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
