Suggest Remedies For IBS-D Symptoms Of Uncontrollable Bowel Movements Especially In The Mornings

need some feedback with my ibs-d symptoms. originally was diagnosed with gastritis, developed into ibs-d. was prescribed viberzi for 7 months, went into 95% remission until last 2 weeks. pending stool samples, uncontrollable bowel movements, always the worst in the morning, 4 days into xifaxin treatment, not seeing much results so far but hopeful

Hi,

Symptoms of IBS include intestinal infections/infestations, food allergies (gluten/lactose),... these need to be found & treated by expert advise of a gastroenterologist.

Some drinks like alcohol, caffeine with carbonated soda, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, milk products, or excess of fibers & fats in food... You need to be observation their effect &exclude those which are triggering.

Apart from this psychological stress & tension have an adverse effect... so need to be managed by psychotherapy/mind concentration exercises like meditation & positive thinking.
