Hey,recently I ve be diagnosed with PCOS I could feel a weight gain inspire of healthy diet n exercise I was still Not losing weight so doc has prescribed me neodipar 500mg morning and at dinner time also but I m experiencing diarrea plz what to do should I take 250 mg morning n evening total 500mg in a day

Well Neodipar contains metformin as you may know and metformin is know for causing stomach and intestinal problems like heart burn, bloating and to avoid these problems I usually advise my patient to take neodipar right after meals.
Well as far as dose is concerned the usually dose for PCOS is 500mg twice daily so i wouldn't suggest to decrease the dose.
