Dear sir. We need to evaluate the cause for low WBC count. One it can due to simple infection and culture report is awaited to look for it.
Further we need complete clinical examination to look for rashes, size of the spleen, liver and enlargemnt of any lymphnodes. We need to get the following tests Haemoglobin, platelet count, differential count, PT, APTT and pheripheral smear examination. Based on these examination and tests we can get an idea about the cause. If there are abnormalities on this the physician ill suggest bone marrow examination if required.

hope it was helpful information.
Thank u
