General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your vaginal spotting following a recent stressful event I am suggesting that you follow your physician management
From your ultrasound that show low line placenta I strongly believe you have a condition called placenta previa
Hence please take a bed rest as well as other clinical assessment of your condition
I hope this helps
