Hi, I really need help with a loosing weight plan. I'm an 18 yr old female, am 5'2 in height and I also weigh around 210 pounds. I'm an athletic person plus im always walking outside all the time, but I have trouble loosing weight. I've gave up cokes for good. I've been drinking water and occasionally sweet tea. heavy weight runs in my family but im wanting to start training for a extreme obstacle course called the tough mudder, but I need to loose the weight and get stronger first. Any help with the diets plans and what exercises to do would be greatly appreciated.
