Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be contacted allergic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. If needed, investigations may be done like allergy tests. Oral steroids in tapering dose, antihistaminics and local mild steroid cream may be considered by your doctor. The suspected allergens should be avoided for contact and diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
