Suggest Painkillers For Constant Lower Back Pain

I ve been suffering from constant low back for 2 years. My wife is a chiropractic assistant and x-ray tech so I have received free chiropractic care for 3 years now yet im still in constant pain. They are really natural path but at this point I need pain relief! it has started to affect my mood. What do I do?

Hi,
I suggest you start with paracetamol and ibuprofen regularly. If this does not adequately deal with the pain then codeine or tramadol may help. Also a muscle relaxant such as diazepam may help.
