Suggest Pain Relief Medicine For Leg Pain In Hashimotos Patient

My 23 yr old daughter has hashimotos. Has sever leg pain and has had for over 5 weeks. Dr has done blood test and noticed her thryoid meds were low so now has increased to 200 mg thyroxine. She wase told it could take 1 month or more to make a difference. Unfortunately, after 6 days pain is so bad nothing now helps. She does not even get relief from Panadeine Forte. Had locum doctor in tonight they gave her a shot of Tramadol but this did very little to ease her pain. We are at wits end. Is there anything else that might help with pain. Is there anything else she can try to get relief tonight? thanks Bruna
