Suggest Pain Killer Cream For Shoulder Pain

hello doctor.. i am from Bangalore, india. i have a shoulder pain from 2 days, i have put flexall 454. and i realised that it has expired and has not been reacting to the pain.. which is a good pain killer cream would you suggest? and will it be available in my country

Hello,

As the symptoms are involved and you are looking for good ointment, I would try volini or maybe Bengay. Bengay is far better than other ointments.

Also, use hot water fermentation and try simple exercises like Maintaining the ROM of the Shoulder to avoid getting stiffness. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me.
