Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Best supportive agent for this condition is bulk forming laxative as
Isphaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of drinking
lukewarm water .

* Necessary diet precautions are also mandatory .

* Tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg 3 times a day after meals with preferably
antacids if no drug reaction , would give better pain relief .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further guidance .
Regards .
