Suggest Opinion For Using Medicines Like Daflon For Varicocele

hi dr,i'm 24,not married and i've been diagnosed with varicocele (minimal in Lt testicle 2.8 mm,mild in Rt testicle 1.7mm),some people say it doesn't require surgery and i just need to use some drug for some time like daflon,so please give me your opinion.

HI.
Te first and the foremost thing to do is to get the '''semen analysis ''' done..

This is very important as you are unmarried. If the sperm count is reduced or showing the tendency that it has been affected by the varicocele, you have to get operated irrespective of the grade.

IF the ''semen analysis '' is absolutely normal. do NOT WORRY. Try Medicines as advised by the Surgeon or the Urologist.

Scrotal support, keeping the are well aerated , loose clothing, cold bath for scrotum, avoid warm/ hot temperatures, regular color Doppler follow-up, avoiding the strenuous activities which increase intraabdominal pressure, no coughing , no constipation etc all will help you a lot.
