General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Elisa is an antibody test that measure the antibodies against HIV.It take some time for the immune system to produce enough antibodies for the antibody test to detect. This time is called window period and can last up to 3-6 months for this test.
PCR test (Polymerase chain reaction test) is done to test the actual virus.
Rather than look for an immune response, they look directly for HIV, usually in a blood sample. It is done 2-3 weeks after infection.

Since you have done the both tests and the result after 90 days is negative for HIV infection,it is conclusive. You don't need to do further tests,YOU ARE HIV NEGATIVE.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care
Dr.Rovena
