Suggest Ointment To Control Acne

Hi I m 24 yr old. I have polycystic ovaries, due to this condition i get pimples on the forehead. I tried facial and it has reduced but keeps on coming. I use Clean & Clear face wash twice a day. Is there any ointment which can control acne of this kind. Kindly help me.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain acne can occur due to a number of conditions but in your case it seems to be due to hormonal imbalance leading to eruption of pimples..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply a combination of gels containing benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin..
Apply adapalene containing gel once at night..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a mild facial scrub,take multivitamin supplements, avoid sun exposure and maintain a good hygiene on face..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also go for microdermabrasion and glycolic acid peels..
You can also consult a Gynaecologist and get hormonal treatment done as Hormonal replacement therapy..
