hello sir i am 32 yrs old n my height is 5-3" weight is 66kgs.i do lots of exercise too much control in my diet still not able to achieve my ideal weight.when i was 11 yrs old n i had food poison doc gave me steroid after tht i put on lots of weight n till suffering with d same problem.kindly help me

Hello!
Thank you for writing. After 30 years metabolism rate falls down gradually. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. I think you should increase the intensity of your workout at the gym. Do 20 mins cardio at the beginning, then weightlifting and 20 minutes cardio at the end. Try to lift harder. So you will burn more calories.
