Suggest Methods To Reduce Weight Gained During Pregnancy

Hi, My age is 31 and I have a 4 years old daughter. During my pregnancy I had lot of hormonal changes, and every month I gained some Kilograms of weight. I was 65 before pregnancy and during delivery I was 85 Kg. The weight remains the same till date. I strongly believe i have some issues with my hormones. I don't normally eat more food or high calories food. I am vegetarian too. I love fruits and vegetables so much. Exercises doesn't helps me. So I stopped doing exercises too. Suggest me what I could do now.
