Suggest Methods To Reduce Body Weight

Hi,My weight is 95 kgs and height is 5'8",age 45,so to reduce my wt. I have started a kind of restricted diet like all the day I was taking carrots,water melons,cucumbers,corn,beet roots,tomatoes,etc.but never rice,rotis,cooked food with oil and all.I started this kinda diet since a week and its through without any problem so far.I request you to rpely me that what I am doing is correct or not.Will it tell upon my health in later stages or what.Kindly reply.

First of all begin to exercise regularly, at least 4 times a week if you don't have time. Do weight lifting with a certain program that I can send you an example if you want. You should eat proteins: white eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, milk , yogurt , chicken, fish and also a lot of salad and vegetable. You should take 0,8 g/kg protein per day. You should eat less fat and carbohydrates such as white bread, rice, spaghetti, cookies. Protein is important for building muscle.
