Hi, Im 18 years old and im 5ft 3 in and I weigh about 150lbs. I would like to bring my weight down to 130lbs. I been calculating my daily calories and they been averaging about 1100. I would like to know what else I can do to help me reach my goal weight?

Make sure you burn calories from the foods which you consume by exercising daily. You can do brisk walk for 30 minutes daily and stay active throughout the day.
Ensure that your diet includes good quality protein (from milk/curd/cheese,eggs, poultry, beans and pulses) as weight loss diets are often deficient in proteins, vitamins and minerals leading to multiple nutrient deficiencies. They may appear as symptoms like hair loss, lethargy, irritability etc.
