Suggest Methods To Increase Height And Weight

Hi, may I ans ,i m so skinny and i m a girl of 22 with a height of 5.2 and weight iz around 40 or something,so my friends always tel me i m so thin, so i want to gain some weight in 3 mnths,and also want to increase height,so plz suggest me the good way to improve health and height at this age,

I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

Regarding your height ,I am sorry to tell that there is no way to increase your height after 18 years old.
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the epiphyses of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 16-18 years in females.
Considering the fact that you are 22 years old your bones had already fused and neither food supplements or specific exercises can have an obvious effect in increasing your height.

You can improve your health and gain weight.
You should eat healthy foods and foods high in proteins,drink plenty of fluids,exercise regularly.
If you don't gain weight with these ,you should consult a physician and get examined to rule out conditions that might be responsible for this failure to gain weight like hyperthyroidism etc.
If everything is OK ,then you don't need to worry.
You also can consult a Dietitian & Nutritionist who can guide you through the process of gaining weight.
