for some reason i am not able to understand why have i changed too much. in last six months there has been a drastic change in my behaviour and the way i am looking at the life. i am not interested in planning anything for my life. and discontinued with long term planning and all fun. seems i am not happy with myself. so i thought i need a psychiatrists help.....again i am not sure...can you guide me how shall i go ahead to understand the things ??
