Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your anxiety.
Hope the semen test was done after 2 days of abstinence.A minimum sperm density, of 20 million/ml,is needed, for a normal pregnancy. The sperms should show more than 60% motility, and above 70% normal morphology, on 2 analysis, at 2-3 weeks interval. The testis should be normal in size on examination, with normal levels of male hormones, testosterone,FSH and LH.
As Urologist has said testis is small sized,a testicular biopsy may be needed.
For my expert opinion, you'll need to send all reports,as a direct question.
