Suggest Methods To Determine Nasal Bone Growth

hi,i m feeling like i m having problem in my right nostril.i think it is due nasal bone growth.i can t breathe properly by my right nostril.even i can see the difference in the mirror that the right side of my nose is slightly looking fat than the left side of my nose.i m wooried .do i need a opreation?what do first to confirm whether it is nasal bone growth or any other nasal problem.i will be very greatful and thankful for a relavant solution of my problem.

how old are You ? The possibility it would be a Deviated Nasal Septum , if you could send a picture of your nose , it would help in determine the problem . However to confirm the problem you would need to consult a ENT specialist and a Nasal endoscopy / CT scan of the Nose Would be required .Based on the examination findings and the CT scan a decision of the need of surgery / operation could be taken
