Suggest Methods To Control Creatinine Levles

I am women of age 64. My serum Cretinum value is 2.2 mg/dl. All other parameters PLBS,fasting CBC and urine are normal level.I am advised to take Thyronorm 75 mg, concor 5, CILACAR 10, STATOR 10 FEFOL, TRIPLE A cal, ROCALTOROL o5 . How to reduce cretinum levels? YYYY@YYYY

Serum creatinine is used as a reflection of kidney function.

If the change in serum creatinine is acute (for example due to dehydration) then it may be improved by correcting the problem.
In most cases , the increase is due to chronic problems such a high blood pressure and diabetes.

In that case, you may prevent further damage by making sure that you control these conditions very tightly, but you may not be able to reverse the damage that has already occurred.
