Suggest Methods Of Aborting A Very Early Pregnancy

I am15 years old and my step dad raped me but I stopped him before he could penetrate me he just got his penis in between my legs like he didn't penetrate me at all but I am scared I might be pregnant because of the Precum after he left I clean myself with toilet paper I took all the precum off and my 2 friends and I always get our period at the same time but this time my friend got her period a week before me then my second friend got her yesterday I am suppose to beime either February the 14 today or tomorrow but i don't know if it's because I'm paranoid that I haven't gotten my period or its because I'm pregnant and if I am pregnant I will only be about 3or 4 weeks pregnant and I want to know how I can abort bymyself without anyone knowing

Understanding your concern. I am very sorry to hear about your condition. As per your query you are concerned about your periods which are getting late due to forceful event and you are fearful about getting pregnant and want abortion for that. I would suggest you to check pregnancy first by taking urine sample and with pregnancy kit. If you came out to be pregnant, i would suggest you to take Unwanted kit which is used for the medical method of abortion as this contains the tablets mifepristone and misoprostol which is an effective method of abortion for pregnancies less than 7 weeks gestation. Otherwise, you may have complications like uncontrolled bleeding or incomplete abortion. I would suggest you to do it under supervision of medical practitioner after getting transvaginal ultrasonography.
