i am 30 years old boy and since child i feel like a girl and now i cant live my life in this way.so i want to be treated and i want to be a girl now.so please guide me how i have to do this and what will be the first step.and which docter can hepl me.i am living in pakistan.

First of all you need to inquire about legal permission about such transformation in your country.You need to consult a team of plastic surgeon, psychiatrist,physician and endocrinologist. As each one of them unique role for transformation in aspect of medicines,surgery and counseling.
