Hi!

Because of the high risk of severe vaginal bleeding and cramps the medication should be used under medical supervision (gynecologist).
Method depends on oral or vaginal preparation.Misoprostol is available in both forms.
Vaginal preparations are effective and have fewer side effects. They should be put at once, two at a time and two after 12 hrs.
Observe for vaginal bleeding dizziness, etc If you have uncontrolled symptoms please consult a gynecologist.
To ensure if the abortion happened completely, you should get an Ultrasound of the abdomen.

Another medication Mifepristone is also essential along with misoprostol for complete abortion.
